Why should you participate in the 2018 JO Wilson PTA Camp Fair?
Table Registration Fee: $200
Table Row Placement: $25
To register and reserve your exhibitor space, please complete and return the Exhibitors Registration Form with a nonrefundable $200.00 registration fee by Friday, January 12, 2018. If you would like to reserve your table row for an extra $25, please view the Camp Fair layout, note your preference on the registration form and select the payment option that include table row placement.
The information on the Registration Form will be used to produce a brief program listing for each exhibitor, and will be available to each family in attendance. Programs that provide a website will also be linked to the Camp Fair Web page. In addition, please let us know if you are interested in donating a camp session(s) to be given away the night of the Camp Fair or to be included in the J.O. PTA Auction fundraiser planned for February 2018.
A table and two chairs will be provided for each exhibitor. Electrical support for exhibitors is limited; requests will be granted on a first requested, first served basis (exhibitors must provide their own extension cords). The space will be available for set-up at 5:00 p.m. on the day of the Fair.
We reserve the right to accept or decline exhibitors and select the display location for each exhibitor.
