Why should your camp be represented at this event?
- This is the premiere Camp Fair event in Washington, DC.
- Gain exposure to a diverse array of families and school communities from neighborhoods around Capitol Hill
and across the city. In 2024, there were nearly 400 attendees representing over 30 schools in the local area. - Sign up early to take advantage of advertising to over 500 families for school's-out camp options.
**EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION**
Registration Fee: $350 Table Row Placement: $50 Completed registration form and nonrefundable payment must be received by Friday, December 20, 2024. Starting December 21, 2024

TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE:
Please complete and return the Registration Form with a nonrefundable payment by Thursday, January 23, 2025. A table and two chairs will be provided for each exhibitor. Electrical support for exhibitors is limited; requests will
be granted on a first requested, first served basis (exhibitors must provide their own extension cords). The space will be available for set-up starting at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the Fair. |
